Our process can be broken into 5 simple steps, each project we undertake is different so these steps sometimes change, however the 5 step below serve as a good example,
We sit down together in our Invercargill office (or at your location) and have a catch up about your land, ideas, and budget to put a plan in place.
This is a great time to get to know us, take a look at our previous work and ask any questions you might have.
We arrange for some architectural draft plans and concepts to be created based on both yours and our ideas.
We then go through the plans and ideas with you settling on the best option.
By this stage we have got to know you, your vision and project well enough that we put together some options on finishes to see what you think, (kitchen taps, light fittings...) and see if you have any preferences.
Once you have confirmed the plan for your project and you are happy with the plan in place and all the boxes have been ticked, you can sign the contract we work begins.
Project completion, if your project was a new home, pack your bags its time to move in and enjoy.
